Art Director

The AD will be responsible for successful creative direction of multiple projects in close collaboration with account and creative team members. They will collaborate with the team, but will be the driving force of the creative product under their direction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Art direction of accounts and projects
  • Collaboration with account and copy staff
  • Collaboration with the UK office on international projects 
  • Working with team members to ensure timely delivery
  • Participation in strategic development and execution of strategy

The ideal candidate will have the following background and abilities:

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare ad agency
  • Experience in promotions targeting professionals
  • Deep and broad Mac application expertise

 

Vice President of Client Services

The VPCS will be responsible for successful management of our NJ and global account bases and the account team that directly manages that business.  The candidate must have ad agency experience within the healthcare/pharma marketplace.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing business strategy and account plans with the client (this is an important requirement)
  • Acting as a trusted business advisor to key clients
  • Mastering the client's business and providing an influential perspective in collaboration with their product teams
  • Achieving a broad understanding of all client needs in order to effectively deliver on client and agency goals
  • Proactively identifying opportunities
  • Improving client satisfaction
  • Increasing revenue from existing clients
  • Increasing account profitability
  • Managing the account services team and maintaining high levels of morale
  • Motivating and mentoring the account service staff and facilitating a fun team environment
  • Collaborating with the strategic and creative teams
  • Leading business presentations for existing clients and participating in the new business pitch process

The Sr. AE will be responsible for leading clients and managing client programs. The candidate must have ad agency experience within the healthcare/pharma marketplace.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the agency staff in all initiatives related to the client
  • Leading the client through the planning and tactical process
  • Developing strategic and tactical plans with the team
  • Leading the day-to-day interaction with clients and agency team members on your programs
  • Managing schedules, budgets and deliverables
  • Reporting on program status both internally and externally
  • Maintaining client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with all agency teams
  • Leading business presentations for existing clients and participating in the new business pitch process

Junior Account Executive/Account Executive

The AE will direct client contact and interact with all areas of our internal staff.  The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare ad agency or other relevant experience in pharma/device/biotech communications or marketing.  The position requires a high degree of organization and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing job/project flow
  • Creating/managing budgets and plans
  • Contributing to strategic planning
  • Attending market research
  • Attending conventions
  • Creating meeting reports

Copy Supervisor

We are looking for a talented and friendly senior-level writer to join our team. This is an interesting opportunity to work on an international account, even if you do not yet have international experience. Of course, you would also work on our national accounts.

The senior-level writer is an essential part of the creative and business team. As a key member, you would contribute to the strategic development process, collaborate with designers and nail the copy. You would be critical to project success, client satisfaction and profitability. By working closely with account services, creative and traffic, you would really get involved in the clients’ business.

A brief job description is listed below, but a discussion would more clearly describe the opportunity. For the supervisor and director-level roles, leadership of many of these items is required:

  • Lead or play an integral role in developing copy/creative programs and work strategically with the team on all agency accounts and new business opportunities
  • Create professional/patient/consumer communications and manage other writers as they create same
  • Develop creative materials for worldwide and domestic healthcare products, such as: advertising, visual aids, direct mail, sales promotion, monographs, slide presentations, proposals, and other similar work
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and great comfort interacting with people at all levels
  • Possess strong ability to quickly learn/understand new product information

Experience in a pharma/healthcare ad agency is essential, as is great experience writing promotional copy for the professional marketplace.
